TRAINING UPDATE: The sessions will be suspended for November and December 2009, if enough people are interested I will start them again in the New Year for those who want to speed up for the 2010 race season, or do some speed endurance work with a Spring Marathon in mind.
All welcome as you are to any of the sessions.
Please remember that we are guests at the track ,and to stick to the basic rules, I have copies of these and will try to make sure all newcomers receive a copy.
