Types of Membership
Existing Full (Racing) Member Renewal – £52
Existing Associate (Non Racing) Member Renewal – £37
New Joiner Full (Racing) Membership – £52
New Joiner Associate (Non Racing) Membership – £37

Minimum age is 18 years
Membership runs from October 1st to 30th September
Discount Membership available for new members after April 1st (runs April 1st to September 30th)

Necessary steps

**For membership renewals we do not need a membership form but please ensure your contact details and emergency details are up to date by contacting the membership secretary with any changes as soon as possible**

1. Request a membership form from Tracey at membership@stonemm.co.uk
2. Email your completed membership form to our Membership Secretary, Tracey Wadsworth, via membership@stonemm.co.uk
3. Pay for your subscription here using our secure PayPal / Card option
4. For your own health and safety if you have any medical conditions the committee recommend that you seek medical advice before running with the club

Types of Membership (from October 1st 2025 onwards)

Full Membership (18 and over – this includes EA affiliation allowing racing in club colours and representing the club as well as all the usual club benefits – club runs, social events, participation in team events, access to the member only social media content. It also allows full voting rights at the AGM on club matters).

Annual Membership runs from October 1st 2025 to September 30th 2026 – £52

Any new members wishing to join after April 1st can get a reduced 6 months membership from April 1st to 30th September – £36

Associate Membership (18 and over – most of the benefits of full membership, however it does not include EA affiliation or voting rights).

Any new members wishing to join after April 1st can get a reduced 6 months membership from April 1st to 30th September – £27

Membership form – we are currently updating our membership form to an online process however please email Tracey at membership@stonemm.co.uk in the meantime and we will email a form over for completion.

Second Claim Members
Currently we have no second claim members but if you are interested in becoming a second claim member can you please send your request and information to the secretary@stonemm.co.uk and requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Thankyou
